Marie Marowyn’s Golden Frequencies: Unlocking Human Potential through Energy & Sounds
Written by Mohamed Ibrahim
In a world increasingly shaped by stress, uncertainty, and emotional overload, alternative approaches to healing are gaining renewed attention. Among the voices contributing to this shift is Marie Bruins Slot, known professionally as Marie Marowyn, founder of Golden Frequencies Healing.
Blending sound work, intuitive guidance, frequency technologies, and ancient spiritual traditions, Marowyn describes her work not as fixing people, but as guiding them back to their own inner intelligence. In this conversation, she shares the philosophy, experiences, and vision behind her practice.
About Marie Marowyn
“My work is not about helping people become more of who they think they are,” she says, “but about awakening the higher intelligence that already knows
? who they are meant to be.”
Marie describes herself as intuitive, grounded, and guided by curiosity and inner listening. With more than twenty years of experience in coaching, bodywork, and transformational healing, she integrates sound-based practices, intuitive readings, and energy work.
Her spiritual initiations in Egypt profoundly influenced her path, shaping her connection to sacred archetypal energies such as Mary Magdalene, Isis, Hathor, and Sekhmet. She also guides immersive journeys to sacred sites, including Malta, Bosnia, Sinai, and Egypt, combining spiritual exploration with historical and energetic fieldwork.
Through her Goddess Training Program, she supports women in embodying archetypal feminine qualities — wisdom, presence, strength, and intuition — in their everyday lives.
At the core of her work lies one intention: to help individuals reconnect with their innate wholeness and awaken what she calls their “inner gold.”
Mission & Vision
Marowyn’s mission is to guide people back to the intelligence already encoded within them. Through sound, frequency, and conscious presence, she aims to support the awakening of dormant potential and inner clarity.
Her broader vision is a world in which individuals live guided by their highest inner intelligence rather than fear, pressure, or conditioning — a world where fragmentation gives way to coherence, and life becomes an expression of purpose and alignment.
What inspired you to start Golden Frequencies Healing؟
Golden Frequencies Healing emerged from lived experience rather than theory. From an early age, I was highly sensitive to subtle energy and sound. For many years, that sensitivity felt more like a burden than a gift.
Through deep inner work, body-based practices, and sound healing, I began to understand that what I perceived as sensitivity was actually access to a deeper layer of intelligence. Trusting that path required courage, especially in environments that prioritize logic over intuition.
The concept of “gold” came through powerful inner experiences. Across civilizations — particularly in Ancient Egypt — gold has symbolized what is incorruptible and enduring. To me, gold represents the part of the human being that remains whole despite hardship. Golden Frequencies Healing was born from the desire to help others reconnect with that timeless inner clarity.
What are “golden frequencies”?
Golden frequencies are not specific tones, but states of coherence and alignment within the human system. Everything vibrates — thoughts, emotions, and the body itself.
When someone enters a coherent state through sound and intentional presence, the nervous system relaxes, the mind quiets, and deeper intuition becomes accessible. Many clients describe this as remembering something, rather than learning something new.
It is less about effort and more about allowing a deeper organizing intelligence within the body and consciousness to come forward.
What challenges did you face when starting this work؟
One of the biggest challenges was visibility. Energy and sound healing are still misunderstood in many circles.
Instead of trying to convince others, I focused on integrity and service. Over time, clients’ experiences and transformations became the strongest validation of the work. Trust — in myself and in the process — became my foundation.
How do you measure the effectiveness of your sessions؟
I look at practical shifts in daily life. Clients often report:
• Increased clarity and groundedness
• Easier decision-making
• Improved stress regulation
• Emotional patterns softening
• Greater creativity and focus
• A stronger connection to their inner guidance
When people begin living with more coherence and less fragmentation, that is when I know the work is effective.
What makes sound and energy healing different from other wellness practices?
Sound and frequency-based work engage the nervous system and subconscious directly. They go beyond analysis and invite alignment through resonance.
It is not about striving or self-improvement. It is about remembering balance and allowing the system to reorganize naturally.
Can you sharememorabletransformation؟
One client came to me emotionally exhausted after years of prioritizing others over herself. Through our work, she gradually reconnected with feelings she had suppressed.
Over time, she began showing up in her life with clarity and confidence. Her realization was powerful: healing was not about becoming someone new, but about returning to who she truly was.
? How do you maintain your own balance
Self-care and energetic boundaries are essential. I stay grounded through nature, sound, conscious rest, and listening to my intuition.
Helping others does not require self-sacrifice. When my energy is balanced, I can hold space more clearly and authentically.
What is the biggest misconception
? about energy healin
That it is passive or vague. In reality, it requires presence and responsibility from both practitioner and client.
Healing does not “fix” someone. It supports them in reconnecting with their own inner alignment.
How have online sessions changed
? yourwork
Energy work is not limited by distance. Online sessions allow deep connection across cultures and continents.
Many clients feel safer in their own environment, which often deepens the experience. Remote sessions have made the work more accessible and inclusive.
What would you say to someone who is?curious but skeptical?
You do not need to believe — you only need to experience.
Come with curiosity. Allow the experience to meet you where you are. Often, the body recognizes change before the mind understands it.
